The event brought together ambassadors, commercial diplomatic attachés from around the world and community leaders from the region. The gala also had the special participation of the Colombian ambassador, Luis Gilberto Murillo, named honorary Chair, and the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Western Hemisphere, International Trade Administration, Ian Saunders. Nicole Quiroga, president and CEO of the GWHCC, announced during the event's closing remarks that a delegation of business owners and members of the organization will carry out three Business Trade Missions this year to Colombia, El Salvador and the Middle East.
